Physio+Pilates

Health and Wellness

Health and wellness as a category is oversaturated with the same visual language: clinical whites, stock imagery of hands on backs, aspirational bodies borrowed from somewhere else. In Sync needed something different. A brand that felt as considered as the practice itself.

The identity started with the equipment. Pilates boxes, ladder barrels: objects defined by modular geometry, repetition, and the relationship between form and function. From those shapes, a visual system was built. Then an abstract wordmark. The logo doesn't illustrate pilates. It embodies the logic of it.

The Palette

City park green. Pebble white. Mulled wine. Bright olive. Chosen not for trend but for character: vibrant and grounded simultaneously. Premium without being cold. A palette that sits comfortably alongside the brands and experiences the client's audience already moves through.

The Visual Library

A suite of black and white photography curated across two directions. Athletes and artists in motion: sport as expression, not performance. And close studies of the body in extension, in stretch, in rest. No masseuse on a table. No before-and-after. The focus is on the individual, their autonomy, their practice, their return to themselves.

The Voice

Relaxed, direct, quietly empowering. Written for city professionals who move between high-performance work and deliberate recovery. People who treat their health the way they treat everything else: with intention. The brand speaks to that frequency without over-explaining it.
